Cleaning Contaminated Fuels

Our customer purchased an 'as new' bunded fuel tank to store their diesel fuel. Unfortunately after filling the tank with 5000 litres of fuel they soon experienced issues with their machinery. Having sampled the fuel it soon came to light that the fuel was contaminated, and it could only have been from what was in the purchased tank before filling.

We were able to uplift the contaminated fuel into smaller storage vessels, thoroughly clean the tank using our specialists probes attached to our filter cart, and  polish and return the fuel back to the tank clean and ready for use.
